Q1. How will you dispatch my order?
A. We use the best international courier to ensure that your order reaches at your doorstep as soon as possible.

Q2. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
A. Answer to this question is very relative because some orders need to be remade (like different colour or size or some changes). This answer you will get appropriate once the order is finalized.

Q3.What do you charge for shipping and handling?
A. It is on the site itself.

Q4 .Can we pay in any other currency besides U.S Dollars?
A. The amount debited from your a/c will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US dollar price of the item ordered. The final price of an item is the INR Value converted from the US Dollar price of an item displayed on the site and is dependent on the exchange rate prevailing between the US dollar and the Indian Rupee.

Q5. Can I return an Item?
A. For information of our customers, each order placed at Roop Kala is specially customised for the indivisual customer & utmost care is taken to meet the demands, hence we respect the customers to support our system

Q6. Do you accept personal cheques?
A. We accept the payment by Credit Card/International money or Bank Draft as personal cheques takes 4 to 6 weeks to clear.

Q7. Can I gift any item to my relatives in India or any other country?
A. Yes, you can send the payment and advise us accordingly and we will courier the item anywhere you want as a gift with a special message that you wish to send.
